0.54 Revision list (Aug 23, 2011):
1. Removed duplicated "Via" head check in SIP protocol, because the new ET China system will send duplicated "Via" head.
2. Rollback RTL8019AS over-optimization for better hardware compatibility.
3. Added "volatile USHORT Sys_sMinuteDebug" debug var and report non zero value in whole minute timer UI_MinuteTimer().
4. Added hardware type AR168MK for VoIP module with KSZ8842.
5. Removed "content-length" check in SIP protocol for an unknown system.
Known problem: French version display error, other language except English and Chinese might have errors too.
