| When: We started business since Jan, 2006, after Centrality (original Palmmicro) discontinued its VoIP business. |

| Who: Palmmicro is a privately owned company, founders include many Centrality PA1688 developers. |
| Woody is one of them, who joined original Palmmicro in 1999 after graduated from Tsinghua University with master degree in Electrical Engineering. His email is woody@palmmicro.com. |

| What we do: We sell chips for low cost and high performance V2oIP hardware device. Usually we provide customers with common standard designs without NRE charges nor special software license. Sometimes we also provide special design service with a development fee, but we always reserve the right to turn those special designs into common status for everyone after certain periods of exclusive usage. |

| PA1688 VoIP solution was designed by us when we were with Centrality from 1999 to 2005. |

| PA1688 was discontinued by Centrality in early 2006. We are still fixing software bugs for the chip, but no longer continue to develop new feature for it any more. |
